Fraser named employee of the year

Todd Fraser was named the College of Public Health and Health Professions’
2007 Employee of the Year at the annual faculty/staff appreciation dinner
Oct. 26.
Fraser, the coordinator of administrative services in the department of occupational therapy, received numerous nominations from faculty, staff and students who described him as the “go-to” person in his department.
Fraser was recognized for his problem-solving ability, dedication and willingness to assist employees and students, even in difficult situations. Wrote one nominee, “Todd is a pleasure to work with and his positive attitude, humor and openness promote a feeling of ‘family’ within the department.”
Nominees also noted that Fraser treats everyone with respect, employees and students alike. “Todd demonstrates consistent respect for others, regardless of their role. Instead of treating me as a doctoral student, Todd has always treated me as a friend,” said one nominee.
