*Students who meet the minimum requirements are eligible to apply for the Health Science program, but are not automatically admitted. Admission is competitive.

Additional Information:

If you want to earn the Bachelor of Health Science degree at UF, you must apply for junior year admission to one of the Health Science tracks in the College of Public Health and Health Professions.  The bachelor of health science program is designed to provide fundamental skills and knowledge that will help you build your education and experience towards a career in health care.  The College of Public Health and Health Professions admits at the junior level each year in Summer B and Fall terms only.  Please make sure you meet the requirements listed below.  All requirements must be completed by the end of Summer A prior to entering the program.  Please note, however, that at least two of the following prerequisites must be completed with grades earned prior to the application deadline:  General Biology, General Psychology, Additional Psychology (Abnormal, Developmental, or Health Psychology), Statistics, and Human Physiology.
